TERRY SELF  was born in Johnson City, TN, but spent his formative years in the sprawling metropolis of Greenville, SC, graduating from Southside High School back in the 1900s.

 

He went on to earn a Communications degree from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. Currently, he provides on-air traffic reports for radio stations in Charlotte, NC, Greenville, SC, Greensboro/Winston Salem, NC & Harrisonburg, VA.

DAVID R WRENN graduated High School in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1970.  He then majored in Architectural Technology in nearby Jamestown, NC.  David has been a draftsman for most of his adult life.  In 2011, he attended CPCC in Charlotte, NC where he earned an A.A.S. degree in Web Technology.

 

David has loved to write since an early age.  He has written short stories, poetry and songs for decades.

GARY DAVIS graduated High School in Newark, Ohio in 1983. He entered the US Navy in December 1983 serving 22 years in a variety of air, sea, and shore based assignments.  Gary ended his military career serving six years in Navy Recruiting first as the Senior Navy Liaison to the the Military Entrance Processing Station for Enlisted Programs, Cleveland, OH, and then the Ohio NROTC Coordinator as part of the Officer Programs.  He attended Florida Central College of Jacksonville, where he received his AS in Computer Information Systems Analysis.  He now works for a furniture franchise company as their IT Manager and Office Manager.

 

Gary’s military decorations include, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, four awards of the Navy Achievement Medal, five awards of the Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Joint Expeditionary Medal and several unit awards.

 

In the summer of 2009 , he is married to the former Tracey Goodhue and they now have three children, Jeremy (1987), Christopher (1989), and Daniele (1997).

 

JESSICA RICHTER  is Marketing Director for a real estate agent in Charlotte, NC and a graduate of Appalachian State University.

 

She is artistic in many ways.  She's an amazing cook, a talented cake decorator, and sings like a pro.

Now she can add voice acting to her list impressive list of talents.

KIM HAAS is originally from Indiana, she moved to Illinois with her family. Her career has been in Quality Assurance and Inventory Control. Her involvement in Star Trek Fan films began a few years ago when she met Michael Day and John Broughton at Shore Leave Science Fiction Convention in Maryland. A fan of the original Star Trek series it was a natural connection.
 

As an embroiderer she has done work for fan films and looks forward to new challenges and opportunities. She is also a surfer, traveler, reader, wanna be musician and some things that haven’t been thought of yet. 

KEVIN L BURKE is a Professor of Sport Psychology in the Kinesiology Department at Queens University of Charlotte, NC. He is a current contributor for the Sporting News and has co-authored two sport-related books entitled, "Sport Psychology Library Series: Basketball" and "Tennis". He also has served as co-editor of eleven editions of the "Directory of Graduate Programs in Applied Sport Psychology."

 

Dr. Burke authors three podcasts (available via iTunes) entitled, "Sports Illuminated"  

"Burke on Motorsports," and "Burke on Mayberry."

 

Dr. Burke has presented at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield, Illinois. He is active in community theater and has acted in several television programs.

Kevin is represented by Carolina Talent in Charlotte, NC

RYAN MOCK CURRY is a comedian at heart but loves to portray dramatic characters in film or Theater. Ryan has studied acting, sense memory exercises and scene study at Spirit Square in Charlotte, N.C. with instructor Linda Ann Watt.

 

He has done background acting work in two different films, Nicholas Spark's film The Longest Ride and The Disappointments Room. Both films were released in 2015. Ryan has performed roles with the Hot Flash Players Performing Arts Group in Lexington, N.C.

 

One of the things Ryan likes most about acting is you get to be someone you are not. He says he likes the challenge of preparing yourself mentally to become a different person.

 

Ryan is also a professional jeweler who enjoys promoting the company he works for through radio and TV commercials. He thanks the Lord for his wife Angie, son Chandler and his entire family in which he is very close.

He is represented by Carolina Talent, Agent Marc Soper.

Frank J. Hernandez works as a professional actor and is the General Manager of a Cloud Based IT company. Frank got involved in acting after high school working in local community theater groups many years ago. Since then he has worked in many independent and fan productions including "Star Wars: Revelations", and "Farragut Films". He is also a proud union member and has appeared in such professional productions as "Engineering an Empire", "The Normal Heart" and "Person of Interest". Frank lives in NJ with his wife Gina who is also a professional actor.

Gina Hernandez can track her love of acting all the way back to grade school where she played Civil war heroine Molly Pitcher.
For many years Gina worked with local community theater groups honing her skills and working in all areas of production. Later she began competing in costume contest, writing scripts and performing at Science Fiction conventions which led to her being offered the lead role in "Star Wars: Revelations". It was during this production That she decided to pursue a professional acting career. Since then she has become a union member and worked in such productions as "Law & Order", "The Other Guys", "Nurse Jackie", and "Elementary".

TIM ELLIS is from Greensboro N.C. He is a 2013 graduate from Guilford College with a bachelor in computer science and a minor in business management. He loves syfy of all forms and enjoys costume design, making props and cosplay.

 

He has a very broad work history ranging from vaccinating chickens, maintaining apartment complexes, running plastic blasting equipment, Q.A for the postal service, and network administrator for a large healthcare conglomeration. He holds certifications in heating and air, auto body & paint, and first aid.

 

He is a collector of many things, Star Wars, Star Trek, Dr. who. He also keeps live snakes, lizards, tarantulas, frogs, and cool insects

DONNA PARKER grew up moving around as a Navy brat. She had studied piano for a summer as a child, and enjoyed music but not practicing. A trip to the library ended up with a discovery of Iaasc Asimov and Arther C Clark. This led to a love of sciene fiction and fantasy. That love led to other bad habits, like attending and working at Science Fiction conventions. She was working Reg at a SF Convention when her daughter had trouble finding a badge for one of the attendees. It was filed as “Filkferret” instead of “Frank Parker.” And the rest is history..

ALAN RICHTER is originally from Florida, but lived for a while in Spain. He is a UCF alumnus where he studied computer science.  He currently works in IT in the Charlotte area and also plays saxophone with the Charlotte Concert Band and Charlotte Jazz Band.

 

Alan loves Travel and Disney. He has actually been employed at Disney World on two separate occasions.

 

In his spare time he enjoys making his own beer, and grilling outside.  He has been a Star Trek fan for most of his life and got involved in Star Trek Outlaws through his wife, Jessica, who plays Adrian Kruger, and Jenny Kline on the show.

CAPTAIN KRUGER Once Captain of a salvage vessel, he now Captain's the Liberty. He is loved by his crew and feared by his enemies. He is as quick to devise a plan as he is to crack a joke.

QUINCY A member of the Q Continuum, his powers are god-like, but he is currently laying low, studying a lowly spieces called Humanity.

Q PRIME We're not sure of his real name.  He is a higher ranking member of the Q Continuum to which Quincy reports.

BILL KLINE A simple, blue collar man with a knack for engineering.  He is good natured but don't get him rylled. He's a good friend to have by your side whether you're on your way to a pub or a fight... or both. 

SHERRIFF WESTWOOD The Sherriff would have been right at hime in the old west. He has been sherriff for as long as anyone can remember.  He keeps the peace even if it means kicking some posterior.

GUARD HOUSE GUARD. He's been in the guard house for years.  He's given up all hope of being promoted, or respected.

TOM BRODY He lives with his Mother, or his Mother lives with him.  Nobody is quite sure which. His intelligence is often under estimated. While he isn't the greatest conversationalist, he is a brilliant navigator, and you couldn't ask for a more loyal friend.

On the Liberty, he has taken the responsibility of taking the conn on occasion while the Captain is away.

ADRIAN KRUGER  The Captain's wife is a force to be reconed with.   Her easy going disposition and a wicked sense of humor keeps everyone off balance, including the Captain.

JENNY KLINE  Bill Kline's wife has never been much for space travel.  She was always content to run the home and keep a finger on the pulse of the village.  

 

DOCTOR LAURA ENGLISH Formerly the doctor aboard the salvage vessel, Refuse, she is now learning the ropes in the state of the art sick bay aboard the Liberty.

JYN. He's a decent fellow but has a weakness for adult beverages. As a result he spends most weekends locked up in the Palace dungeon, 7 levels below the thrown room.

ROGER MAYNARD A peace loving, easy going fellow who wanted nothing more than to settle down with his new bride and raise a family.  He is deeply distressed by the loss of his wife, Chloe.

The Emperor/Brian Born into the Royal family, Brione Lamada ascended to the throne as Emperor of the Galactic empire at the age of 17 after the passing of his Father.
Two years later he wed the Queen of a neighboring planet and thus began the rule of one of the most popular Royal families of all time.
For many years, it was thought that his reign might be the last for the Lamada family until his wife, Helesa, gave birth to twins.

The Empress/Helen Born Helesa Hargravia, she quickly gained fame as the most beautiful and intelligent Princesses in the short history of Mulgana. By the age of 15, she had achieved success as a writer, poet, and scientist. She invented many technological devices that are still in use to this day on Mulgana and many nearby planets. At the age of 18, she met Emperor Brione Lamada at a symposium on warp flight and they quickly fell in love. At the age of 20 they were married and thus began the rule of one of the most popular Royal families of all time. At the age of 52, she bore twin Sons named Kantrain and Ablonto.

TIM WARTON One of the less glamorous workers on the liberty.  He works in refuse reclamation and recycling.  But he knows his voice deserves to be heard just as much as anyone else's.

JENNIFER JENKINS Formerly a science teacher at the shcool inHope.  She fills in for Brody at his Navigator staion when he is off ship or sitting in the Captain's chair.

STEVE GRADY an old friend of Brody. He finds himself a member of the night shift bridge crew.  He usually mans the Navigator position.

DAN SCANLAN is a native New Yorker, born in the city in 1956. Then he spent his formative years in sunny Miami Beach before his family returned to NYC with sister Patricia and a Boston Terrier named Flick. That was when Star Trek first premiered on television, and the science fiction bug bit.

TRANSPORTER CHIEF STEVENS He keeps a cool head an even temperament despite always seeming to irritate Captain Kruger, but he is a very able and talented Transporter operator.

THE HERALD Sworn to serve the Emperor and Empress for life, is loyal to tehm with all his being.  He serves many duties around the palace, msot notably, introducing guests of teh Royal family.

A graduate of St. John’s University with a degree in journalism, Dan attended some of the first Star Trek conventions in New York City and met David Gerrold (Tribbles) Issac Asimov and saw Shatner, Roddenberry, Nimoy and the original crew many times. Then he moved to where the career took him, working in Massachusetts and New Hampshire before becoming a news director at a Jacksonville, Fla. radio station. From there, he moved into television news, becoming an anchor and court and cops beat reporter. Then came the move to the dark side.

 

While doing stories on Farragut Films and its recreation of a starship film set to create Starship Farragut, Dreadnought Dominion and Star Trek Continues film productions, Dan met the studio principals. A lifelong desire to be part of that universe saw him ask the captain for permission to come aboard as a volunteer. That was three years ago, and Dan has done set construction, acting, audio work and production assistance for multiple film productions there since.

Jeff George Was born in Marysville, L. A. He graduated high school in Las Vegas, NV. 1999 and joined the Marine Corps. He is now retired and working as a union apprentice carpenter until the government job comes through.

Jeff is well known for his talent with accents, dialects, and impressions.

Lord general of the Imperial Gaurd A career military man, he has worked his way up to the pretigious position.

 

He is responsible for the defence and security of the Imperial Palace.

Mary Lou Gunter Williams was born dec 7, 1933 in Durham, NC.  She is a graduate of Pittsboro High School in Pittsboro, NC and of Greensboro Women’s College in 1955. She later returned to school as a home economics teacher.

 

She has two daughters and two grandchildren. She loves to play bridge and mahjong. She is an avid genealogist. She loves to travel and has been to Europe several times.

Mother Brody A pillar of the community. Always ready to help settle a dispute or host a party.
